How long does a refinance take?+

Usually 3–6 weeks from application to settlement. Some lenders are faster than others - we factor that in when we pick.

Do I have to leave my current bank?+

Not always. Sometimes the best play is a rate review with your existing lender. We'll do that work first before pushing a full switch.
