Strategy, not transactions.
We build finance plans, not just loans. If we'd say the same thing to a mate, that's what you'll hear from us.
About
Level Up Loans was built on a simple idea. Most people don't need a broker who chases the lowest rate. They need someone who looks at the whole picture, structures the debt properly, and stays in the loop year after year.
Co-founded by Daniel Lagden and Jamee White, CPA, our team works with first home buyers, investors, business owners and self-employed clients across the Gold Coast and Australia-wide. Read client reviews on Google.
What we stand for
We build finance plans, not just loans. If we'd say the same thing to a mate, that's what you'll hear from us.
If you can't explain your loan in a sentence to your partner, we haven't done our job properly.
Free annual reviews so your loan keeps pace with your life - kids, business, next purchase, retirement.
The team
A close-knit team of brokers, a CPA, settlement specialists and loan managers - built so every file gets real attention, end to end.

Finance Specialist & Co-Founder
Daniel leads Level Up Loans with years of mortgage broking experience, working primarily with property investors, business owners and corporate professionals who are ready to build wealth through smart borrowing. He takes a genuinely personalised approach to every client, taking the time to understand your full financial position before identifying the right solution. From the initial conversation through to settlement, Daniel is with you every step of the way, making a complex process clear and stress-free.

CFO, Business Development & Co-Founder
Jamee brings nearly a decade of accounting experience to Level Up Loans, playing a key role behind the scenes in making sure every client's financial position is properly structured before a deal moves forward. As a CPA, Jamee is particularly skilled at working with self-employed clients and those with complex income or business structures, bringing clarity and confidence to files others find difficult. Her sharp attention to detail and deep understanding of business finance are a core part of what makes the Level Up Loans process so thorough and reliable.

Approval & Settlement Specialist
Michaela is Level Up Loans' approval and settlement specialist, bringing a decade of experience guiding applications from submission right through to settlement. Once your loan is lodged, Michaela takes the reins, managing the file at every stage, coordinating the moving parts and keeping everything on track so nothing stalls. She looks after the settlement process itself and stays in close contact with clients the whole way through, so you always know exactly where things are at. Her expertise at this end of the journey is a big part of why Level Up Loans clients get to settlement smoothly and on time.

Loan Manager
John is the loan manager at Level Up Loans and the person who keeps every file moving from start to finish. He gathers all the information needed for your application, liaises with you throughout and keeps you updated at each step, so you are never left wondering where things stand. Working closely alongside Daniel and the wider team, John prepares and structures every file before it progresses, keeping a careful eye across the board so nothing slips through the gaps. With more than five years in the mortgage and finance industry, he brings the organisation and attention to detail that makes the whole experience feel effortless for clients.

Asset Finance Specialist
Christian specialises in asset and vehicle finance, helping clients structure deals across cars, commercial vehicles, equipment and other business assets. He brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every deal and takes the time to understand exactly what each client needs before recommending a solution. Whether it is your first asset finance arrangement or you are growing a fleet, Christian makes the process straightforward and the outcome easy to understand.
